When you create a fitness profile, we collect the details you choose to add: your name or handle, profile photo, home gym, training style and goals. When you use SetRepz, we store the content you post — workout updates, photos, videos, stories and messages — and basic activity data such as follows, RSVPs and streaks.

We also collect standard technical data (device type, app version, IP address) to keep the app fast, safe and working properly.

We use your data to run SetRepz: to show you the members and communities at your gym, to power features like feed, stories, events and chat, to keep your account secure, and to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your posts to train advertising profiles.

Your privacy settings control what you share, who sees it, and when. Content you post to a gym community is visible to that community; your profile is visible according to your settings; private messages are between you and the people you send them to.

Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted. Report and block are available in one tap, and every report is reviewed by our team. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our community rules or Terms of Service.

If you take part in creator earnings or brand partnerships, we process the details needed to run those programmes — for example your public creator profile, engagement on your content, and payout information. Payout details are handled securely and are never shown publicly.

You can update or remove your profile details at any time, adjust who sees your content, export your data, or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and posts. We may keep limited records where required by law.

We protect your data in transit and at rest with modern encryption, and we keep it only as long as needed to run SetRepz or to meet legal obligations.
